Six doors in

Same coach. Same standard. Different format for the life you actually live.

I work with clients ages 16 to 58 — moms, dads, athletes, recovering bodies, and the ones rebuilding from a hard year. The format changes. The work doesn't.

Service

1-on-1 Personal Training

The flagship. Just you, the coach, and the only program written for you.

This is where most clients start, and most clients stay. Every session is built from the ground up around what your body is doing today — not a generic template, not a printed plan I hand to ten people. We warm up together, we work the plan, and we adjust on the fly. You get a coach who watches every rep, calls out the small fixes most people never hear, and changes the program when your life changes. It's also where the relationship gets built. After a few weeks I know how you sleep, how stress hits you, when you push too hard and when you're sandbagging. That context is what makes a program actually work. The ideal first step if you're brand new, coming back from a long break, or you've trained before but never with someone who actually pays attention.

Best fitBest for clients who want maximum attention and the fastest learning curve.

Group Training

Small groups. Big standards. The room does half the work for you.

Capped on purpose. Group training is for the people who get more out of training when there are three or four other people next to them holding the same line. The programming is structured so everyone does the right work for their level — beginners get the same expectations on form and effort that experienced lifters get, just scaled correctly. The energy is the secret weapon. There's a reason no one wants to be the first to put the bar down. Friendships happen in the warm-up. Accountability happens in the parking lot afterward. You'll find yourself texting a stranger on a Tuesday asking if they're coming Wednesday — and that's the program working before you even pick anything up.

Best fitBest for clients who already have basic gym fluency and want community + intensity.

Online Coaching

Remote, but not hands-off. The standard travels with you.

For clients outside Brundidge — or inside it but on a schedule that won't sit still. You get a fully custom program built around your equipment, your week, and your goals, plus weekly check-ins where we look at your videos, your numbers, and your honest answers about what's actually happening. I don't run online coaching like a digital storefront. The communication is the program. If a week falls apart, we adjust the next one within 24 hours instead of pretending the original plan still applies. Most online clients meet me face-to-face once or twice in person if they can — but the work absolutely lives and dies in the messages between sessions. That's where I earn my keep.

Best fitBest for self-motivated clients with their own gym access who want a real coach in the loop.

Sports-Specific Training

The athlete program. Built around the sport, the position, and the season.

If you're competing — high school, college, recreational league, anything in between — your training shouldn't look like a wellness plan with extra cardio. We build around the demands of your sport: the energy systems it actually uses, the joint angles it actually loads, the recovery your in-season schedule will actually allow. Off-season we add the strength and capacity you couldn't afford to risk during the year. In-season we maintain it without leaving you flat on game day. We program around practice, around school, around travel — and we measure success in things that show up between the lines, not just on the scale. Most of my athletes are surprised how much smoother their sport feels within the first six weeks.

Best fitBest for competitive athletes 16+ who want training that respects the sport calendar.

Youth Training

Strength and confidence for the next generation, taught the right way.

Youth training at Sado's Elite isn't a watered-down adult program. It's a foundation — coordination, mobility, body awareness, and a real understanding of what their body can do. We use age-appropriate progressions, lots of bodyweight and movement work, and we never load anything they don't own. The bigger goal is the one parents thank me for later: their kid stands up straighter, makes eye contact, and starts believing they belong in the room. The physical results are real. The character results are louder. I treat every young athlete like they're going to be one of mine for years — because most of them end up being exactly that.

Best fitBest for parents looking for a coach who will teach their kid more than just lifts.

Rehabilitation

From cleared-by-the-doctor to back-to-living. The bridge nobody else builds.

Most people leave physical therapy in a strange middle zone — not hurt anymore, but not actually back to their life. That bridge is what rehabilitation training at Sado's Elite is built for. We work in close coordination with whatever your medical provider has cleared, and we rebuild trust in the movements your injury made you scared of. We move slowly on purpose. We measure load the way the body measures it, not the way the ego measures it. Clients tell me the wins here feel different — not louder, but more permanent. Getting back to picking up your kid without bracing for it. Getting back to a full squat without negotiating with your knee. That's the work.

Best fitBest for adults post-PT who need a coach to handle the next 90 days carefully.

Your first week

One conversation. Then the work.

Every format starts the same way — a real conversation. From there we pick the door that fits.
