Brundidge, Alabama · Est. by DaShaun Miller

The world
rewards hard work
and determination.

I'm DaShaun. I coach 1-on-1 and in small groups for the ones who already know they're capable of more — busy moms, stressed dads, anyone the world keeps trying to break. My job is the confidence boost that doesn't fade.

01 · The mirror

You've already heard every excuse. Most of them came out of your own mouth.

You're slammed at work. The kids need you. You tried it before and it didn't stick. Your partner doesn't get it. You don't know where to start, and you're quietly intimidated walking into a gym full of strangers who all look like they've been doing this for years.

Here's the part nobody says out loud: none of those reasons make you weak. They make you human. The work is figuring out what to do with that.

02 · The promise

“I am the best. God is with me. I can do anything I put my mind to.”

That's the sentence I want you saying in the mirror at week eight. We build it the same way we build the body — with reps, on purpose.

03 · What changes

Three things every client takes home.

01

Get back in shape

Real movement quality, real cardio capacity, real strength on the bar — not vanity stats.

02

Become healthier

Sleep better, eat better, recover better. The boring fundamentals that change everything.

03

Gain strength

On the lifts, in the day, in the conversations you used to dodge. Strength is a posture.

04 · In session

What people say after eight weeks with me.

“Down 22 pounds in twelve weeks and I haven't missed a Monday morning lift since.”

Composite client · Online program

“I came in not knowing where to put my hands on a barbell. I now coach my husband through warm-ups.”

Composite client · 1-on-1 training

“First time in twenty years I look in the mirror and don't immediately look away.”

Composite client · Group training

05 · How we start

Three weeks. Then we decide.

  1. 01

    We talk first.

Phone or text. No questionnaire form. I want to hear it in your own words — what you've tried, what's in the way, what you actually want. About 20 minutes.

  2. 02

Week one is on me to prove it.

We meet, we move, we plan around your real life — early mornings, late nights, hard work weeks. You see what coaching feels like before you commit to a single thing.

  3. 03

We pick the format that fits.

1-on-1, group, online, sport-specific, or rehab. Same coach, same standard, different doors in. Communication, consistency, confidence — those don't change.

06 · About

I don't train clients. I coach family.

Sado's Elite is built on three rules — communication, consistency, confidence. You're not a slot on a calendar. If you choose Sado, you choose the best, and the best shows up for you the same way you're asked to show up for the work.
